Based on the acclaimed Patrick Melrose novels written by Edward St. Aubyn and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, this five part series tracks the life of Patrick Melrose, an aristocratic and outrageously funny playboy, who struggles to overcome the damage inflicted by an abusive father and a mother who tacitly condoned the behaviour.
The series spans a timeline from the 1960s through to the early 2000s.
"These books are exquisite works of genius. They are extraordinary landmark moments of 21st century literature." - Benedict Cumberbatch
